360-Degree Feedback Pricing Changes

Based on feedback from customers, and for the first time in our 12-year history, we're tweaking our pricing and licensing model for our 360-degree feedback tool.

For the vast majority of our customers, it'll mean that EchoSpan will cost less. For others, new and powerful features will become available. Everyone will benefit from what we think is an improved, more customer-friendly approach to pricing and supporting our service.

Here are the highlights:

• First, it's optional. Existing customers with current accounts can continue under the old pricing and licensing model if preferred for the next two years.
   
• Phone support on all accounts. Complimentary phone support is now provided on all editions of the tool for questions or requests related to system errors, system availability issues, billing or license purchases. Email support is available for all other support inquiries including how-to and setup questions.
   
• Unused review licenses never expire. Under the new plan, feedback licenses are good until you use them. They no longer expire in 12 months. Unlimited (named) annual licenses are excluded.
   
• Better volume discounts. Volume discounts now start at 30 licenses instead of 100, and are more generous at higher volumes.
   
• Development planning. Our new Development Planning Module can be added to any Professional, Unlimited or Enterprise Edition account for just $25 per person.
   
• Annual subscriptions. We're introducing a small annual fee to cover the costs of maintaining all past review data and supporting the tool without license expirations. Subscription fees are waived with annual purchases of 100 or more licenses.
   
• Lowest cost. Our Basic Edition plan will be priced at $59 per person reviewed, making EchoSpan's tool the lowest-cost, most customizable 360-degree feedback platform available.
   
• Easier online purchases. Add licenses to your account more quickly and easily right from the administrative tool.
