EchoSpan 7.82 Release Notes

Version 7.82 of the EchoSpan platform will be released on April 20^th, 2024. This release includes new functionality for conditional competencies, conditional questions, additional autopilot reminders, and new reporting options. As always, new features for the 360 tool are included at no additional cost in their respective EchoSpan editions.

Brief summaries of the new features and enhancements are below.

Conditional Competencies With this feature, you can create entire competencies that only appear based on the response to a preceding (parent) question in the survey. Here's how it works: if the rater answers the parent question within a specified range, the related conditional competency will become available later in the review. Conversely, if the rater changes their response to the parent question outside of this specified range, the conditional competency will be hidden again. This allows for dynamic and context-sensitive survey experiences tailored to the rater's input. (E)

Conditional Questions With this feature, you can create items/questions that only appear based on the response to a preceding (parent) question in the survey. Additional Autopilot Reminder Options Additional Reminder options have been added to the Autopilot. You will now find options for a second and third self evaluation reminder for self-raters and a third reminder option for summary reminders to raters. (P, E)

Overall Graphed Frequency Distribution Component A new report component has been added for use in individual and group reports titled Graphed Frequency Distribution . This report component shows the distribution of responses across all raters, with the exception of self raters, for each item expressed as a percentage of the total number of raters that responded. Legal Scan Comments Export A new export had been added titled Comments Flagged by Legal Scan . This export will include comments from raters that have chosen to use words within their comments found in the legal scan database. (P, E)
