Multi-Factor Authentication for EchoSpan Admins

At EchoSpan, site security has always been a key focus of our offering. The security of our clients data is very important to us, as is making certain clients can access the EchoSpan platform at any time. We are committed to investing in industry-leading security and high-availability technologies for our customers.

As a part of this ongoing commitment, we ve recently added a multi-factor authentication option for administrative users. When this feature is enabled, the admin will receive a six-digit access code at the email address that is on file for their administrative account.

They will be prompted to enter the access code to verify their identity before logging into the system with their administrative password. The administrator can also opt into a Remember Me option once verifying their identity on the device.
