Vendor Switching Bonus Offer - Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility
Offer valid exclusively for new customers or returning customers whose EchoSpan accounts expired at least three (3) months prior.

License Details
The promotional offer covers one (1) year of EchoSpan's Pro Edition service, up to 100 licenses (a $9,400 value) plus 3 hours of professional services support for training and/or migration (a $750 value). Licenses beyond the initial 100 will be billed at EchoSpan's then-current Pro Edition rates.

License Usage
Unused licenses do not roll over and cannot be carried into subsequent years.

Contract Commitment
Customers accepting this promotion agree to a minimum three-year paid commitment following the promotional free year, with a minimum of 100 licenses billed annually. Payment for each subsequent year is due upon receipt of invoice at the annual renewal date.

Additional Features and Services
Optional features (e.g., Single Sign-On, AI Insights, Pro Plus Edition upgrades) and additional project management or consulting services are available at an additional cost and are not included in this promotional offer.

Availability
This offer is limited to the first 25 qualifying customers. Offer expires June 30, 2025. It cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

Offer Modifications and Termination
EchoSpan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Proof of Vendor Switch
EchoSpan may request reasonable proof of your current vendor relationship (such as recent invoices or contract confirmation) to confirm eligibility.

Early Termination
If a customer cancels their agreement before completion of the contracted period, the customer agrees to pay for any licenses used during the promotional free period at EchoSpan's then-current Professional Edition rates, plus the annual Professional Edition annual subscription fee of $1,500.
